Complaining about Zoome, in the right order
Zoome is licensed by a First Nation regulator, not a province, and that decides where a complaint can go. Start with Zoome, keep evidence, and use the one door the Tobique Gaming Commission actually opens.
Four steps, in this order
Each step needs the paper trail from the one before it.
Zoome support
Live chat, email or WhatsApp, with screenshots, dates and transaction IDs.
Finance's email
For a rejected cash-out, follow the instructions Zoome's finance department emails you.
The Tobique seal
The regulator, reached through the licence seal in Zoome's footer, not its own website.
Not your province
iGaming Ontario and provincial regulators have no hold over Zoome.
Start with Zoome, and put it in writing
Zoome's FAQ (February 2026) lists three ways in: live chat, email to support@zoome.casino, and WhatsApp on +44 7831 130277, a UK number. Chat works inside the Android app, but before you close it, save the transcript or take screenshots, because a chat window isn't a record you can point a regulator to later.
Whatever the channel, include the same facts: the email on your account, the date and time of what happened, the amount and payment method, any transaction ID from the cashier, and screenshots. Ask which rule in the terms is being applied, and ask for the answer by email.
For a withdrawal, Zoome sets its own yardstick: its FAQ says the maximum processing time "from our side is 24 hours, but most are completed within 3 hours". A request still pending past that is a fair point to follow up in writing.
Rejected cash-out? Check your spam folder
According to Zoome's FAQ, when a withdrawal is rejected the finance department emails instructions, and those emails can land in spam. Do what they ask, then resubmit. The FAQ's list of reasons a withdrawal fails is short:
- •the amount is above your balance
- •a wrong bank account number
- •an active bonus that's still being wagered
- •an amount over the method's limit
- •a pending verification request
Most of those are fixable without a complaint. Our withdrawal guide covers limits and methods; verification covers documents.
Problem, first stop, evidence to attach
Gather this before you write, not after you're asked for it.
| Problem | First stop | Evidence to attach |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawal still pending after 24 h | Live chat, then email | Request date and time, amount, method, screenshot of the cashier status |
| Withdrawal rejected | The finance department's email (check spam) | The rejection email, what you changed, documents you re-sent |
| Deposit not credited | Live chat | Bank or Interac confirmation, transaction ID, time of payment |
| Bonus winnings removed | Email support | Bonus name, when you selected it, bet history screenshots, the term they cite |
| Account locked or closed | Email support | Every verification email, copies of what you sent and when |
| Game round frozen or unsettled | Wait 24 h, then support | Game name, time of the round, screenshot of the balance before and after |
| Final answer you disagree with | Tobique seal in Zoome's footer | The whole trail: transcripts, emails, screenshots, dates |
The 24-hour wait for an unsettled bet is Zoome's own FAQ advice.
The regulator: through the seal, not the website
Zoome's footer (October 2026) names Novatrix SRL as operator, under a licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission, the gaming regulator of the Tobique First Nation (Neqotkuk) in New Brunswick. The Commission's complaints page, which we read on 4 November 2026, is blunt: complaints about a Tobique-licensed casino are not reviewed if sent through the TGC website. They have to go through the complaints link inside the casino's own Tobique seal, which the Commission calls the "Tobique Shield".
So the route is: scroll to the bottom of Zoome's site, tap the round licence seal, and make sure the page it opens is on validate.thetgc.ca. When we did this on 6 November 2026, the page named Novatrix SRL, listed www.zoome.casino as the registered website, cited the Tobique Gaming Act 2023 and showed Operating status: VALID. If the seal opens anything else, or nothing, say so in your complaint to Zoome.
The Commission also publishes a licence-holder list. On 6 November 2026 it showed Novatrix S.R.L with a B2C licence expiring 13 March 2027. It doesn't publish licence numbers, so the "No. 0000002" in Zoome's footer is Zoome's wording, not the register's.
Don't type the check by hand
If you type a validate.thetgc.ca address yourself with only the domain filled in, the page shows INVALID for every casino, licensed or not. We tested a known-valid casino the same day and got the same result. The VALID answer only appears through the seal's own code, and that code returns INVALID for an unrelated domain. A hand-typed INVALID proves nothing either way; the seal is the test.
Why your province can't take the complaint
A Tobique licence is not a provincial licence. In Ontario, the regulated online market has run since 4 April 2022: operators register with the AGCO and contract with iGaming Ontario. Zoome isn't one of them. iGaming Ontario's operator directory dated 1 September 2026 has no "Zoome", "Novatrix" or "Dama". Elsewhere, the legal online casino is the provincial lottery corporation's own site: PlayNow in BC, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, PlayAlberta, Loto-Québec, Atlantic Lottery. Offshore-licensed sites like Zoome are outside that system, so your provincial regulator has no file to open.
That leaves Zoome and the Tobique Commission, a trade-off worth weighing before a deposit rather than after a dispute. Our Zoome review puts it alongside the rest.
What disputes are usually about, read from Zoome's terms
We couldn't access Casino Guru or AskGamblers from Canada, so we won't summarise complaint threads we haven't read. These are the clauses that disputes turn on.
Bonus abuse, and "decisions final"
The bonus terms (January 2026) can void winnings or close an account for: bets that are a large share of the bonus balance, playing very little after clearing wagering, postponing game rounds, excessive use of the double-up feature, multiple accounts, VPNs, bots or exploiting bugs. Max bet while wagering is C$7.50. They add: "In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final." That's Zoome's position, not the regulator's; the seal route is still open.
Verification deadlines
If Zoome can't reach you by email or phone within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account may be locked. Winnings may be forfeited if verification isn't completed within 40 days. Refusing documents, or details that don't match, can mean closure and confiscation. Answer document requests fast.
Caps and the 3× rule
The terms (February 2026) cap withdrawals at 1,000 EUR a day, 5,000 a week, 10,000 a month or equivalent, with a C$75 minimum. Withdraw having wagered less than 3× your last deposit and Zoome may charge processing fees. A large win that has to come out over several days is those caps working as written.
Dormant-account fee
After 12 months without a login an account counts as dormant, and a monthly fee of at least 10 EUR applies while the balance is positive. Zoome may also close an account at its sole discretion and refund the balance minus fees. Log in once in a while, or cash out.
Duplicate accounts
One account per person, and one bonus per person, household, IP address and card. Because the registered email can't be changed, a second sign-up "to start fresh" is an easy mistake. Ask support instead; see our registration guide.
Who your contract was with
Zoome's footers named Dama N.V. (Curaçao licence OGL/2023/174/0082) in November 2025 and still on 31 January 2026, Novatrix SRL with an Anjouan licence in February–March 2026, and Novatrix SRL with Tobique in October 2026. For an older transaction, name the company in that period's footer.

Complaint questions
Can I complain to iGaming Ontario or my province about Zoome?
No. Zoome is not in iGaming Ontario's operator directory and holds no provincial licence. Its licence comes from the Tobique Gaming Commission, so after Zoome's own support, that Commission is the place for a complaint.
How do I complain to the Tobique Gaming Commission?
Through the licence seal in Zoome's footer. The Commission says complaints sent through its own website are not reviewed; they must go through the complaints link inside the casino's Tobique seal, which opens a page on validate.thetgc.ca.
Why does the validation page say INVALID when I check Zoome?
Probably because you typed the address by hand. Without the seal's own code, validate.thetgc.ca shows INVALID for every casino, including licensed ones. Opened through the seal on Zoome's site on 6 November 2026, it showed Novatrix SRL, www.zoome.casino and Operating status: VALID.
Zoome rejected my withdrawal. What should I do first?
Look for an email from Zoome's finance department, including in spam: its FAQ says that is where rejection instructions go. Common causes it lists are an active bonus still being wagered, a wrong bank account number, an amount over the method's limit and a pending verification request.
Can Zoome keep my winnings if I don't verify?
Its terms say winnings may be forfeited if verification isn't completed within 40 days, and the account may be locked if Zoome can't reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request. Send documents promptly and keep copies.
My account dates from 2025. Which company was I dealing with?
The footers we read named Dama N.V. of Curaçao in November 2025 and still on 31 January 2026. Captures from February 2026 name Novatrix SRL, first with an Anjouan licence and, by October 2026, a Tobique one. For a complaint today, go to Zoome support and then the Tobique seal, and mention the earlier operator if the transaction dates from the Dama period.
Prevent the dispute before it starts
Most of these disputes are avoidable: real details at sign-up, documents sent early, and a bonus read properly or not taken at all.
