How Zoome's promotions work
Three things decide whether a deal is worth taking: the code, the wagering and the cap.
Everything here comes from Zoome's own documents, read through Wayback Machine copies: the bonus terms as published in January 2026, the promo cards shown in February 2026 and the homepage captured on 2 October 2026. Promotions rotate faster than terms, so read every code below as "live in February 2026, may have changed" and check your account's bonus section before you deposit.
Two mechanics trip people up. Zoome doesn't apply a bonus by itself: after a deposit, a pop-up lists your offers and you tap one until a green "Selected" tab shows. And only one bonus can be active at a time, so a reload can't sit on top of a welcome bonus you're still wagering.
Zoome bars all bonuses for players from Poland, Sweden, Israel, Spain, the UK and the USA. Canada isn't on that list, and every amount here is in Canadian dollars as Zoome printed it.

Gambling.com's Canadian review lists the same Tuesday and Friday codes but a C$45 Sunday Reload minimum; Zoome's own February 2026 card says C$90, so we use that.
The welcome package, and the versions you might see instead

The standard package is the one written into the terms, and the clock is short: one day to activate each bonus, three days to wager it, and no round above C$7.50 meanwhile, double-ups and in-game bonus buys included. Welcome-spin winnings stop at C$200; a deposit bonus can pay up to C$15,000. Spins arrive 25 a day, the first batch with the bonus, and also work on Zoome's own slot, Zoome in Vegas.
What 40× costs in practice: a C$200 first deposit brings a C$200 bonus, which needs C$8,000 of bets in three days. At the C$7.50 ceiling, that's at least 1,067 spins.
The "Unique" variants were targeted offers in Zoome's February 2026 feed: some accounts saw them, others didn't, same C$20 minimum and 40×. Euro-only variants from the same feed don't apply to CAD accounts, so we leave them out.
The headline is now 275%
On 2 October 2026 the banner on Zoome's homepage, in the euro version the archive captured, read "275% 3250 EUR + 250 FS". The same page's description still said 250% and C$2,500. Gambling.com's Canadian page has a claim button for 275% up to C$4,875 + 250 free spins, which matches Zoome's usual conversion of roughly 1.5 Canadian dollars to the euro.
We couldn't read how the 275% splits across the three deposits. So: Zoome now advertises about C$4,875 + 250 spins, the last full CAD terms we could read are the 250% package above, and the cashier shows which one your account gets. Look before your first deposit.
High roller and Highroller Reload
Bigger percentages for bigger deposits, with the same 40× wagering.
High roller first deposit
Deposit C$450 or more as your first deposit and code HIGHROLL (February 2026 card; may have changed) gives 125% up to C$1,500, 40×, with wins capped at C$15,000.
Highroller Reload
Once a week, for players with at least three deposits: C$225 or more with code HIGHRELOAD (February 2026; may have changed) gives 60% up to C$2,625, 40×, wins capped at C$15,000.
Because deposit bonuses don't stack, HIGHROLL is an either-or with the standard first-deposit bonus. On C$450 the standard offer adds C$450 and HIGHROLL C$562.50; HIGHROLL tops out on a C$1,200 deposit (C$1,500 of bonus). The standard offer also carries 100 spins, which HIGHROLL's terms as we have them don't mention, and a full C$1,500 bonus at 40× means C$60,000 of bets. We couldn't find whether choosing HIGHROLL changes your second and third welcome deposits; ask live chat before you send the money.

Combo Tuesday
Cash and spins together: 40% up to C$150 plus 40 spins on Gold Rush with Johnny Cash (BGaming) for C$45 or more.
Friday free spins
C$30–74 gets 25 spins, C$75–149 gets 70, C$150 or more gets 150. The February 2026 card names Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS as the game, while the January terms name Gold Rush with Johnny Cash. Check the card in your account.
Sunday Reload
70% on C$90 or more, capped at C$300 for loyalty levels 1 to 7 and C$1,500 for levels 8 to 10: same percentage, five times the ceiling.
Weekend Bonus Duo
Saturdays and Sundays, one activation per day: C$90 brings 50 spins, C$165 brings 150, on Four Lucky Clover (BGaming). Only 20× wagering, with wins capped at C$750 and C$1,200.
Personal comeback bonus
75% up to C$300 on a C$60 deposit, picked in the deposit window rather than with a code. At 35× it has the lightest wagering of the percentage reloads; wins are capped at C$3,000.
Prize wheels
A C$90 deposit spins a wheel of 15 prizes worth up to C$1,500 (20× on cash, 40× on spins). A C$225 wheel goes up to C$3,000 with lighter wagering: 5× on cash, 25× on spins.
Cashback and no-deposit spins, briefly
Thursday Cashback and Live Cashback
Thursday Cashback returns 3% at loyalty level 2, rising to 20% at level 10, with 5× wagering and three days to use it. The catch: only real-money bets without a bonus count, so a week spent wagering a reload earns little cashback. VIP statuses also get Live Cashback on live-casino losses with no wagering. No-deposit spins
In February 2026 Zoome's feed carried 30 free spins on Dig Dig Digger for verifying your phone number in your profile and entering PUSH30 (may have changed), with 40× wagering and a C$45 cap on winnings. Loyalty levels and VIP status
Zoome runs two ladders. The loyalty programme has ten levels, climbed with comp points: one per C$30 bet on slots with real money, counted only once your account has a deposit. Your level sets your Thursday cashback rate and your Sunday Reload cap.
Above that sits VIP status: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Secret. Status lasts a quarter and can't be lost during it. Bronze needs deposits of 6,000 EUR and bets of 60,000 EUR in one quarter, or the Fast Track route of 1,500 EUR deposited within a single casino day (UTC). Zoome states these thresholds in euros.
Zoome's FAQ lists the perks as a personal VIP manager, higher withdrawal limits, daily deposit insurance with up to 25% cashback, personal bonuses and weekly live cashback. In February 2026 the feed also showed targeted "VIP Freebie" cash of C$30 (20×, max C$750) or C$150 (15×, max C$1,500), paired with a reload.

The general rules that bite
From Zoome's bonus terms, January 2026. They apply to every offer above unless a card says otherwise.
Your own money goes first. Real money is used before bonus money, and bonus winnings stay in the bonus balance until wagering is done.
Table games barely count. Slots count 100%; roulette, poker, card games, video poker and casual games 5%; everything else nothing. A C$5 roulette spin clears C$0.25, so a C$100 bonus at 40× would take C$80,000 of roulette bets. Wheel players should read our roulette guide first.
Some games are excluded outright, including Zoom Roulette, VIP European Roulette, Triple Edge Poker, Caribbean Stud Poker, Super 7 Blackjack, Three Card Rummy, Craps, Sugar Pop, Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde, Pinocchio, Wombaroo, The Hive!, Hope Diamond, Take The Bank and Take Olympus. The list isn't complete; the lobby's "Bonus Wagering" category shows what's allowed.
Cancelling costs the winnings. You can drop a bonus, but whatever it won is deducted; a confirmation window warns you first.
What Zoome treats as bonus abuse
- –Big deposits only to farm a bonus; repeated claims without real play.
- –Bets that are a large share of the bonus balance, or "volatility-focused strategies".
- –Clearing the wagering, then barely playing before withdrawing.
- –Postponing game rounds until the wagering ends, or excessive use of the double-up feature.
- –Several accounts, coordinated bonus hunting, VPNs or IP masking, bots, or exploiting bugs.

Skipping the bonus is a valid choice
Without a bonus there's no 40×, no C$7.50 bet limit, and your bets count toward Thursday cashback. One rule still applies: if you withdraw having wagered less than three times your last deposit, Zoome may charge processing fees. Details on our withdrawal page.
Promotions FAQ
Do I need a promo code for Zoome's welcome bonus?
No. After your deposit, pick it in the bonus pop-up until a green "Selected" tab appears; Zoome doesn't add it automatically. Codes were for extras only: in February 2026, HIGHROLL, HIGHRELOAD, COMBORELOAD, FRIDAYREFS and RELOAD, which may have changed since.
What is the wagering requirement on Zoome bonuses?
40 times the bonus for the welcome package, the high-roller offers and most reloads. The personal comeback bonus is 35×, the Weekend Bonus Duo spins 20×, Thursday Cashback 5×, and Live Cashback has no wagering. Slots count 100% toward it, table games 5%.
Can I use two Zoome bonuses at the same time?
No. Zoome's terms allow one bonus at a time, deposit bonuses don't stack, and each bonus is limited to one per person, household, IP address and payment card.
Can new players claim the weekly reloads?
Not straight away. Zoome's February 2026 cards required at least three previous deposits for the weekly offers and the Highroller Reload, so the welcome package comes first.
Is the 275% welcome bonus available in Canada?

Zoome's offers change and some are shown only to certain accounts, so the bonus pop-up after your deposit is the final word.
