Opening a Zoome account on your Android phone

The sign-up itself is quick. What you type into it gets checked later, usually when you ask for your first cash-out. Here's how to get both parts right from Canada.

Home-screen app or Chrome? Either works

There's no separate Android sign-up, because there's no separate Android app.

Zoome doesn't have a Play Store app or an APK. Its own homepage says the platform runs "without downloads" and that a dedicated iOS/Android app is "coming soon". What it offers on Android is an installable web app: the same website, saved to your home screen with Zoome's bolt icon. So you register on exactly the same pages whether you're in the installed app or in a Chrome tab.

Our suggestion: install the web app first, then sign up inside it. You'll come back to the account through that icon anyway, and it keeps you away from the "Zoome Casino" listings on Google Play that have nothing to do with Zoome. Our Android install guide shows each tap. If you'd rather not install anything, open Zoome in Chrome and register there.

Zoome's own code lists Opera and Firefox as browsers that can't install the app, so for the home-screen version Chrome is the safe bet.

A note on sources: Zoome's site blocks our network, so we couldn't click through the form ourselves. The steps below follow Gambling.com's Canadian review, plus what Zoome's homepage, terms and FAQ say about accounts. Labels on your screen may differ slightly.

Have these ready

  • An email address you'll keep. Zoome can't change it later.
  • Your legal name, spelled as on your ID. No nicknames.
  • Your current home address, the one a utility bill or bank statement would show.
  • A mobile number you answer. Zoome may need to reach you about a withdrawal.
  • A strong password you don't use anywhere else.
  • The payment method you'd cash out to. Zoome only pays out to methods you've deposited with.

You don't need ID documents to register. Zoome says you can start playing without verifying, but it can ask for documents at any time and will before a payout.

The sign-up, step by step

Zoome's homepage says it takes "under 1 minute". Typing carefully is worth an extra minute.

  1. 1Open Zoome from your home-screen icon or in Chrome (our "Visit Zoome" buttons lead there) and tap Sign Up.
  2. 2Enter your email address and a password. Check the email twice: it's the one detail you can't edit afterwards.
  3. 3Choose the currency. According to Gambling.com it defaults to Canadian dollars; leave it on CAD.
  4. 4Confirm you're over 18 and accept the terms and conditions, then tap Sign Up.
  5. 5Fill in your personal details and tap Next Step.
  6. 6Add your address and phone number, then tap Save.
  7. 7Open the confirmation link Zoome sends by email or SMS. If the email doesn't arrive, look in your spam folder.

Steps 1 to 6 are Gambling.com's description of the form; step 7 comes from Zoome's own homepage, which says you verify by an email or SMS link. On a phone, both land on the device you're registering from.

Whatever the tick box in step 4 says, your province sets the age that applies to you, and in most of Canada it's 19.

Once you're in, it's worth opening your Profile and verifying your phone number there. Zoome uses that step as the gate for its no-deposit free-spin codes, which were live in February 2026 and may not be now; see our no deposit bonus page. To return to the account later, our login guide covers password resets.

The details that get checked later

From Zoome's terms and FAQ, February 2026. Mistakes here tend to show up at your first withdrawal.

Field Zoome's rule Why it matters
EmailCan't be changed once registeredSupport can add a second contact address; otherwise it's a new account and the old one is closed
NameYour real details, no nicknamesVerification fails later if the name doesn't match your documents
AddressYour real residenceProof of residence is one of the documents Zoome may request
PhoneA number Zoome can reachIf Zoome can't reach you by email or phone within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account may be locked
AccountsOne per personMultiple accounts count as bonus abuse; bonuses are one per person, household, IP address and card
Age18+ or the legal age where you live19+ in most provinces, whatever the tick box says

Zoome's terms say documents may include passport details, ID cards, proof of residence and source-of-funds statements, plus payment proofs and utility bills. Documents must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet; otherwise Zoome may ask for a video verification with you holding them. Its FAQ says checks usually take up to 24 hours.

Two deadlines are worth knowing on day one. Winnings may be forfeited if verification isn't completed within 40 days, and refusing documents or sending details that don't match can end in account closure. Our verification guide goes through each document.

Don't open a second account

Typo in your email? Lost access to it? Don't register again on your own. Zoome allows one account per person, and its bonus terms list multiple accounts among the forms of bonus abuse that can void winnings or close an account. Contact support first. The FAQ says support can add a second contact address; the other route it describes is a new account, with the old one closed. Arrange that with support rather than registering twice on your own.

Age, province and where you connect from

Zoome's minimum is 18. Canadian law sets the real line, and it moves at provincial borders.

18+

Alberta, Manitoba, Québec

Zoome's own 18+ rule and the provincial age line match here.

19+

Everywhere else in Canada

Including Ontario and British Columbia. Zoome's terms say 18+ or the legal age where you live, so 19 applies.

Canada isn't on the list of countries where Zoome's terms restrict real-money play, and Canadians aren't excluded from its bonuses. That's not the same as being regulated here. Zoome's licence comes from the Tobique Gaming Commission, the regulator of the Tobique First Nation in New Brunswick. It isn't licensed by a province, and it's not in iGaming Ontario's operator directory, so it sits outside Ontario's regulated market and outside the provincial lottery sites such as PlayNow, PlayAlberta and Loto-Québec. That matters when something goes wrong; our complaints guide explains where a dispute can go.

Register and play from your real connection. Zoome's bonus terms list VPN or IP masking as bonus abuse, alongside multiple accounts and bots, and abuse can void winnings or close the account. A VPN switched on for privacy looks the same from Zoome's side, so turn it off first.

Your first deposit, with or without a bonus

Nothing is chosen for you at sign-up. The choice comes in a pop-up after you deposit.

Zoome's welcome bonus needs no code, but it isn't applied automatically either. After your deposit, a pop-up lists the offers available to your account. Tap the one you want until a green "Selected" tab appears; skip it and the deposit goes in without a bonus.

In Zoome's bonus terms as published in January 2026, a first deposit of C$20 or more earns 100% up to C$1,000 plus 100 free spins on Legacy of Dead, handed out 25 a day. The bonus must be wagered 40 times, activated within one day and cleared within three, with a C$7.50 maximum bet while you wager. On 2 October 2026 Zoome's homepage advertised a 275% headline (Gambling.com shows up to C$4,875 plus 250 spins); we couldn't read its per-deposit split, so check which version the pop-up offers you. The full package and the weekly codes are on our promotions page.

Skipping the bonus is a legitimate choice. Your deposit stays real money with no 40× attached. One rule still applies: Zoome's terms let it charge processing fees if you withdraw having wagered less than three times your last deposit. If you do take a bonus and later cancel it, any winnings from it are deducted; a confirmation window warns you first.

First deposit: C$20 in the terms

Zoome's terms (February 2026) set the minimum deposit at C$20, which is also the threshold for each welcome deposit. Its older payments page listed Interac from C$15, and its October 2026 homepage advertises C$10. The cashier has the final word; deposit C$20 if you want the bonus to be offered.

Pick a deposit method you'd cash out to

Zoome's FAQ says withdrawals only go to methods you've already deposited with, so your first deposit decides your payout route. Interac works both ways (withdrawals from C$75 on Zoome's payments page). If a deposit fails, the FAQ names bank blocks on gambling payments among the causes. Limits and timings are on our withdrawal page.

Sign-up questions

How long does it take to register at Zoome?

Zoome's homepage says sign-up takes under a minute, followed by a confirmation link sent by email or SMS. Identity verification is separate: you don't need it to start playing, but Zoome can request it at any time and will before a payout.

Can I change my email address after signing up?

No. Zoome's FAQ says the registered email can't be changed. Support can add a second contact address; the alternative is a new account, with the old one closed. Arrange that through support rather than registering twice, because Zoome allows one account per person.

Do I need a promo code for the welcome bonus?

No code is needed, but the bonus isn't added automatically. After a deposit of at least C$20, choose the bonus in the pop-up until a green "Selected" tab confirms it. If you don't select one, the deposit is credited without a bonus.

How old do I have to be to play at Zoome in Canada?

Zoome's terms say 18 or the legal age where you live. In Canada that means 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Québec, and 19 everywhere else, including Ontario and British Columbia.

Can I sign up with a VPN switched on?

Don't. Zoome's bonus terms list VPN use and IP masking as bonus abuse, which can void winnings or close the account. Canada isn't a restricted country in Zoome's terms, so there's no reason to hide where you are.
