Zoome pays Canadians in CAD through Interac e-Transfer, e-wallet and bank options, and crypto. Its FAQ, captured in February 2026, says the processing on Zoome's side takes 24 hours at most and that most requests are completed within three hours, and that Zoome itself charges no withdrawal fees (your bank or payment provider may).

The catches sit in its terms rather than hidden: a C$75 floor, caps in euros, payouts only to a method you've deposited with, a possible fee if you've barely played, and identity checks. This page takes them one at a time.

Withdrawal methods and limits

Zoome publishes payment details in two places that don't fully agree. Here they are side by side.

Method Payments page (Aug 2025) Homepage table (Oct 2026)
Interac e-TransferC$75 – C$1,500, listed as "instant"0–24 h
E-walletsecoPayz: C$75 – C$1,500Skrill, Neteller: 0–24 h
PayAnyBankC$75 – C$1,500Not listed
Bank transfer50 – 1,000 EUR, 24 h3–5 days
CryptoBitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, USDT (Bitcoin: 0.0021 – 0.042 BTC)Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin: 0–12 h
Visa / MastercardListed for deposits only1–3 days

Where the two disagree, the cashier decides: the methods and limits it shows when you open Withdrawal are the ones that apply to your account today.

The older payments page gives per-withdrawal limits; the newer homepage table is marketing copy with one time range per method. They disagree in four places: the homepage names Skrill and Neteller where the payments page lists ecoPayz; bank transfer is 24 hours on one and 3–5 days on the other; cards get a withdrawal time on the homepage but appear only as a deposit method on the payments page; and "instant" Interac becomes "0–24 hours".

The C$75 minimum is the same in the terms and on the payments page. For most Canadians Interac is the natural route: Zoome lists it first, it works in CAD, and it goes both ways, which matters because of the same-method rule below. Crypto is the alternative if you already hold coins.

The C$75 minimum and the euro caps

Zoome's terms, captured on 22 February 2026, set the minimum withdrawal at C$75. Below that, nothing comes out. That matters most for small wins: Zoome's no-deposit spins cap winnings at C$30 or C$45, so even a maxed-out no-deposit win can't be withdrawn on its own. See our no deposit bonus guide for the full terms.

On top of each method's own limit, the terms set account-wide caps of 1,000 EUR a day, 5,000 EUR a week and 10,000 EUR a month "or equivalent". The monthly cap resets on the first day of the month, and Zoome adds that "exceptions can be made for the most active and devoted players".

The terms give no CAD figures. Zoome's bonus terms pair a C$7,500 cashback cap with 5,000 EUR, a rate of 1.5, which would put the daily cap near C$1,500. Treat that as an estimate; the cashier's figure is the real one.

In practice, a large win comes out in instalments: at 10,000 EUR a month, a win several times that size takes months, unless Zoome grants an exception.

VIP: higher limits

Zoome's FAQ lists higher withdrawal limits among its VIP perks: "reach the highest level of the VIP program and withdraw without limits". Statuses run from Bronze to Secret and last a quarter. Bronze takes 6,000 EUR of deposits and 60,000 EUR of bets in one quarter, or 1,500 EUR deposited within one casino day (UTC) via the Fast Track. The pages we could read don't give each status's limit.

Bonus winnings have their own ceiling

Zoome's January 2026 bonus terms cap winnings from a deposit bonus at C$15,000 and from the welcome spins at C$200. See our promotions page.

How long a Zoome withdrawal takes

Zoome's figure covers its own side; the payment method adds its own time.

Zoome's FAQ, captured in February 2026, puts it this way: "The maximum withdrawal processing time from our side is 24 hours, but most are completed within 3 hours." Note the words "from our side": that's the time Zoome takes to approve and send the payment, not the moment the money lands in your account.

Gambling.com's Canadian review says withdrawals are "processed within just 3 hours", the same figure as Zoome's FAQ. Both describe the usual case, not a first withdrawal with documents outstanding.

A verification request holds the payout until it's done (Zoome says checks usually take up to 24 hours after you submit documents). And if a cash-out is rejected, Zoome's finance department emails instructions, so check your spam folder.

Three rules to know before you request a payout

All three are in Zoome's FAQ or terms.

Same method in, same method out

Zoome's FAQ says withdrawals only go to payment methods you've already deposited with. Deposit by Interac and Interac is your way out; to cash out in Bitcoin, deposit in Bitcoin. If you deposit by card, check in the cashier which withdrawal route you'll get, since the payments page lists cards for deposits only.

The 3× turnover rule

If you withdraw having bet less than three times your last deposit, Zoome's terms let it charge processing fees. Deposit C$100, bet C$250 and withdraw: you're under the C$300 line, so a fee is possible. It's a "may", at Zoome's discretion, with no amount stated.

An active bonus holds your winnings

Real money is spent first, then bonus money, and bonus winnings stay in the bonus balance until wagering is done. Zoome lists an active bonus still being wagered as a reason withdrawals fail. Cancelling the bonus deducts the winnings it produced; a confirmation window warns you first.

Bonus or no bonus? Decide when you deposit

Zoome doesn't add bonuses by itself: after you deposit, you pick one in a pop-up until a green "Selected" tab appears. If a clean cash-out matters more than extra play money, don't select one. If you do, the welcome bonus must be wagered 40 times within three days at a C$7.50 maximum bet: a C$100 bonus means C$4,000 of bets first. Every offer's rules are on our promotions page.

Why a Zoome withdrawal fails, and what to do

The reasons are the ones Zoome's FAQ lists (February 2026). The fixes are ours.

Reason Zoome gives What to check
The amount is above your balanceLook at the cash balance, not the total. Bonus money and bonus winnings sit in a separate balance until wagering is complete.
Wrong bank account numberRe-enter the details exactly as your bank shows them, for a method you've deposited with.
An active bonus still being wageredFinish the wagering, or cancel the bonus and accept that its winnings are deducted.
Amount over the method's limitLower it to the method's maximum (C$1,500 for Interac on the 2025 payments page) and request the rest later, within the daily, weekly and monthly caps.
A verification requestSend the documents asked for. Our verification guide lists what Zoome names and the deadlines.
Cash-out rejected after you askedLook for an email from Zoome's finance department with instructions, including in spam.

If the cashier itself misbehaves, Zoome's general advice applies: clear Chrome's cache (⋮ → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files) or try another browser. Then contact support by live chat, at support@zoome.casino or on WhatsApp at +44 7831 130277 (a UK number). Our complaints guide covers what comes next; the route ends at the Tobique Gaming Commission, not a provincial regulator.

Step by step in the Android web app

The path from Zoome's FAQ, on a phone.

  1. 1Open Zoome from the home-screen icon you installed through Chrome (our install guide shows how) and log in.
  2. 2Go to your Profile and open the Cashier tab.
  3. 3Choose Withdrawal and pick a method. Only methods you've deposited with will work.
  4. 4Enter the amount (C$75 or more, within the method's limit) and the payment details, and check every digit before you submit.
  5. 5Watch your email, spam folder included, and your phone. If Zoome asks for documents, reply quickly: if it can't reach you by email or phone within two weeks of your withdrawal request, the account may be locked.

Cashing out in crypto

Zoome's terms list Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and USDT as account currencies alongside CAD and EUR, and its 2025 payments page offers crypto withdrawals in those plus Bitcoin Cash, with Bitcoin set at 0.0021 to 0.042 BTC per withdrawal. The homepage table quotes 0–12 hours for Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin, the shortest time on it.

The same-method rule applies, so a crypto withdrawal needs a crypto deposit first, and the euro caps still apply "or equivalent". A coin balance also moves with the market: it's worth whatever it fetches in Canadian dollars when you sell. Copy the wallet address rather than typing it: a transfer sent to the wrong address can't be called back.

Do you pay tax on Zoome winnings?

Zoome's terms make any taxes on winnings the player's responsibility. In Canada, recreational gambling winnings are generally not taxed. If your situation is unusual, ask the CRA or an accountant.

Ready to cash out?

Deposit with the method you want to be paid by, think twice before ticking a bonus, have your documents ready, and the rest is a few taps in the cashier.
