Zoome Casino review for Android players in Canada

Solid for Android, held back by its licence and its small print
For an Android player in Canada, Zoome gets the basics right: Canadian-dollar balances, Interac in both directions, a French (Canada) version of the site and a deep slot lobby, all inside a web app you install from Chrome without touching an APK.
What holds our score back is trust and terms. Zoome answers to the Tobique Gaming Commission rather than a province, it has changed regulator twice in under a year, and its welcome bonus is tighter than the headline suggests.
These are our scores: editorial judgements out of 10, built from Zoome's own pages (Wayback Machine captures, as zoome.casino blocks our network), the regulator's register and our store checks of 6 November 2026. They are not player ratings.

The best-known outside score for Zoome in Canada, checked against Zoome's own pages.
Gambling.com's Canadian review of Zoome, by Tim Williams, scores it 8.4 (we read it on 6 November 2026). Much of it holds up. According to Gambling.com, Zoome carries 9,519 games, including more than 1,700 jackpot slots, from 98 providers, plus 300+ live titles from 15 live studios. Its claim that withdrawals are "processed within just 3 hours" matches Zoome's own FAQ, which says most are completed within 3 hours, with 24 hours as the maximum on Zoome's side. Its one listed con: "very few RNG table games".
Our lower number is mostly weighting: for an Android player in Canada, the licence and the app confusion matter more than the size of the lobby. The bigger problem is age: parts of the page, listed alongside, describe a casino that has since moved on.
Where Gambling.com's page has fallen behind
- "Licensed in Curacao", run by Dama N.V. Zoome's footer has named Novatrix SRL since February 2026, and by October 2026 it cited the Tobique Gaming Commission.
- "Online since 2024". Wayback Machine captures of zoome.casino go back to 2022.
- The app section contradicts itself. Its table says "Downloadable app? N/A"; its prose says there's a downloadable app for Android and iOS. Zoome says its native app is "coming soon", and neither Canadian store carries one. The table is right.
- Two welcome offers on one page. A button for a "275% Welcome Bonus up to 4875 CAD + 250 Free Spins" sits beside a highlights table that still says C$2,500 + 250 spins.
- Sunday reload from C$45. Zoome's own February 2026 promo card says 90 CAD.
What Zoome's own documents show
Footers, terms and FAQ, as the Wayback Machine captured them between August 2025 and October 2026.
Zoome's footers name three set-ups in under a year (see the timeline). The current one checks out: the Tobique Gaming Commission's validation page, opened through the seal in Zoome's footer and generated on 6 November 2026, names Novatrix SRL, lists www.zoome.casino and shows Operating status: VALID. The Commission's licence-holder list shows Novatrix S.R.L. with a B2C licence expiring 13 March 2027. It publishes no licence numbers, so "No. 0000002" is Zoome's wording, not the regulator's.
If you check for yourself, click the seal. Typing the validation address by hand, without the seal's own code, shows INVALID for every casino, licensed or not, so a hand-typed check proves nothing.
Tobique is the regulator of the Tobique First Nation (Neqotkuk) in New Brunswick, not a province. Zoome is absent from iGaming Ontario's operator directory, and no provincial lottery corporation stands behind it. Why we publish no player star ratings
Plenty of review pages show a row of stars "from players". We don't, because we can't verify who left them, whether they ever deposited at Zoome, or whether they exist.
The obvious place to look for an Android casino's rating doesn't help either. On 6 November 2026, a Google Play Canada search for "zoome casino" returned three apps titled "Zoome Casino" from three unrelated publishers: Baltic Bearing Company-Riga SIA (a "fast-tap casino arcade"), Quantum Crest Interactive and Royal Momentum Group. None is published by Novatrix SRL or Dama N.V., and none of their descriptions mentions deposits, Zoome's lobby or its operator. Whatever stars those listings carry describe those apps, not the casino. Apple's Canadian App Store has no Zoome app at all.
Search results add noise too: "Zoome Casino app" and "APK" pages planted on unrelated sites (university sub-sites, a Slovenian anti-corruption archive) contradict each other on Android versions, file sizes and licences.

Zoome's own documents, dated; the Tobique Gaming Commission's register and validation page; the app stores' own listings; and one named outside review, Gambling.com's, always attributed. What score do you give Zoome Casino?
Our overall is 6.5 out of 10, the average of six editorial scores: app and mobile 7, licence and trust 5, bonuses 6, games 8, payments 7, support 6. Gambling.com's Canadian review gives it 8.4. Both are reviewers' judgements, not player ratings.
Is Zoome Casino legit?
Its operator, Novatrix SRL, holds a Tobique Gaming Commission licence that showed VALID on the regulator's validation page on 6 November 2026. That is not a provincial licence, Zoome is not an iGaming Ontario operator, and it has changed regulator twice in under a year: licensed and verifiable, but not overseen by your province.
Why don't you show player reviews or star ratings?
Because we can't verify them. The Google Play listings titled "Zoome Casino" belong to three unrelated publishers, so their ratings say nothing about the casino, and Apple's Canadian App Store has no Zoome app.
Is Gambling.com's review of Zoome accurate?
Partly. Its 3-hour withdrawal figure matches Zoome's FAQ. But on 6 November 2026 it still named Dama N.V. and a Curaçao licence, said "online since 2024", mentioned a downloadable app its own table rules out, and showed both a 275% and a C$2,500 welcome offer.
Do I need an app to play Zoome on Android?
No. Zoome runs in your phone's browser and says no download is required. The web app is optional: open Zoome in Chrome, tap Install app, and a Zoome icon lands on your home screen. Never install an APK that claims to be Zoome.
