Zoome Casino login on Android: getting in, and back in

How to sign in from the home-screen app or Chrome, how Zoome's password reset works, why your email address can't be changed, and the account rules that lead to locks. There's no login box on this page: your password belongs on zoome.casino and nowhere else.

Same account, same balance, whichever door you use.

From the installed app

  1. 1Tap Zoome's bolt icon on your home screen.
  2. 2Open the login screen and enter the email address you registered with.
  3. 3Type your password and hit login.

No icon yet? Our Android install guide adds it from Chrome in a few taps.

From Chrome

  1. 1Open Chrome and go to zoome.casino.
  2. 2Check the address bar before typing anything.
  3. 3Open the login screen, enter your email and password, and hit login.

Zoome's homepage (October 2026) puts it in one line: returning players just enter their password and hit login.

The web app and the website are the same site, so your balance, bonuses and verification status follow you between them. Never had an account? Our registration guide covers sign-up on your phone.

Forgot your password? Use Zoome's reset link

As described on Zoome's homepage, October 2026.

  1. 1On Zoome's login screen, tap "Forgot Password".
  2. 2Type the email address linked to your account.
  3. 3Zoome emails you a secure reset link. Open it and choose a new password.
  4. 4Log in with the new password, from the app or Chrome.

Nothing in your inbox? Look in spam or junk first, then check you typed the address you actually signed up with. If you have more than one email account, the reset only goes to the one on your Zoome profile.

Pick a password you don't use anywhere else. If your old one was shared with another site, that's the moment to stop. And if you no longer have access to the registered inbox at all, a reset link can't reach you, which leads to Zoome's most awkward rule.

The registered email can't be changed

Zoome's FAQ and terms, February 2026.

Zoome's FAQ is blunt: the email address on your account can't be changed. Support offers two ways around it. They can add a second address as an extra way to contact you, or you can open a new account with the right email, in which case the old account is closed, because Zoome allows one account per person.

So deal with it before it matters. If you signed up with an old address you rarely check, ask support to add your current one now, before a reset link, a verification request or a message about a withdrawal lands somewhere you never look. While you're in your profile, make sure your name and details are real: Zoome warns that nicknames or wrong details cause verification problems later.

One account per person

Opening a second account to get around a forgotten password is the wrong fix. Zoome's bonus terms (January 2026) list multiple accounts as bonus abuse, which can void winnings or close the account. If you've ended up with two, perhaps after forgetting which email you used, tell support rather than playing on both.

Locked, blocked or closed: the rules behind it

A forgotten password is a reset away. These are the rules that turn a login problem into an account problem.

When the login page won't cooperate

Zoome's FAQ fixes (February 2026), plus a few phone-specific ones.

  • •Clear the cache and cookies. Zoome's FAQ gives Chrome's route as ⋮ → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files; on Android Chrome it sits under ⋮ → Settings → Privacy and security. Clearing cookies signs you out, so have your password ready.
  • •Close extra tabs and update your device, as Zoome's FAQ recommends.
  • •Try another browser. If the home-screen app misbehaves, open zoome.casino in Chrome; if that works, remove and reinstall the app.
  • •Watch the keyboard. Phone keyboards like to capitalize the first letter or autocorrect a word in your password. Use the eye icon, if the field has one, to see what you typed.

A game froze mid-round?

Zoome's FAQ says that if a game freezes mid-round you should log out, clear your browser cache, restart your device and launch the game again. If a bet stays unsettled, wait 24 hours, then contact support.

Reaching Zoome's support

The three channels in Zoome's FAQ, captured 17 February 2026.

Live chat

On Zoome's site, so in the installed app too. Have your registered email address ready.

Email

support@zoome.casino. Write from your registered address so they can match you to your account.

WhatsApp

+44 7831 130277, a UK number, listed in the same FAQ.

Say what you tried and include a screenshot of any error. If support can't sort it out, our complaints guide explains the next steps, ending with the complaints link inside the Tobique Gaming Commission seal in Zoome's footer.

Log in safely

Where your password should go, and what Zoome doesn't tell you about account security.

Only on zoome.casino. Type your Zoome password only on zoome.casino, reached from Chrome or from the icon you installed through Chrome. Never through one of the three "Zoome Casino" apps on Google Play: on 6 November 2026 none of them came from Zoome's operator, Novatrix SRL. Never through an APK either; Zoome doesn't offer one.

Not via search-result shortcuts. Searches for a Zoome app or login are crowded with machine-written pages planted on unrelated sites. Don't follow their links to a "login".

A unique password. Use one you don't use anywhere else; a password manager makes that painless. On a shared phone, log out when you're done.

Two-factor authentication: Zoome's FAQ and terms, as captured in early 2026, don't mention it, so we can't tell you it's available. If you find a two-factor or security option in your profile, switch it on. If you don't, your unique password is the main lock on your account.

Your password is yours alone

No genuine support agent needs your password to help you. If anyone asks for it, by chat, WhatsApp, email or through an app claiming to be Zoome, don't give it, and change it on zoome.casino if you already have. The same goes for "hack" tools and predictor apps that want your login: our cheats & tips page explains why they're scams.

Zoome login: common questions

How do I log in to Zoome on my Android phone?

Tap the Zoome icon you installed from Chrome, or open zoome.casino in Chrome, then enter the email address you registered with and your password. Both routes lead to the same account.

I forgot my Zoome password. What do I do?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter the email linked to your account. Zoome sends a secure reset link to that inbox. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you used your registered address.

Can I change the email address on my Zoome account?

No. Zoome's FAQ (February 2026) says the registered email can't be changed. Support can add a second address for contact, or you can open a new account with the right email, in which case the old one is closed.

Why would Zoome lock my account?

Zoome's terms say an account may be locked if Zoome can't reach you by email or phone within two weeks of a withdrawal request. Multiple accounts, VPN use and refused or mismatched documents can lead to closure. Contact support by live chat, at support@zoome.casino or on WhatsApp to find out which rule applies.

Does Zoome have two-factor authentication?

Zoome's published FAQ and terms don't mention it, so we can't confirm it exists. If your profile offers a two-factor or security option, turn it on; otherwise use a password you don't use anywhere else.

Can I log in through the Zoome Casino app on Google Play?

You shouldn't. On 6 November 2026 the three Google Play apps titled "Zoome Casino" came from publishers unrelated to Zoome's operator, Novatrix SRL. Log in only on zoome.casino, in Chrome or through the web app you installed from it.

Back in? Make the next login easier

Check your registered email still works, finish verification before your first withdrawal, and keep the bolt icon on your home screen. Zoome holds a Tobique Gaming Commission licence, not a provincial one; 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Québec, 19+ elsewhere.
